Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive after payment?
A: After payment has been received, your order is packed and shipped from Durban on the same day. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

A: We recommend you take off all jewelry before use. Set your sauna to anything between 70° - 90° Celsius and do not use for periods longer than 20 minutes at a time.
Q: What is the difference between a steam room and a sauna?
A: Despite a surprisingly popular belief, steam rooms and saunas are not the same thing. Steam rooms use steam and humidity, whereas a sauna is dry heat.
Q: How do I maintain my steam generator?
A: Maintaining your steam generator properly could save you a lot of money. Simply by draining your machine weekly can extend the lifespan of the elements.
Q: How do I set my control panel settings?
A: You can view our operating instructions right here on our website! Simply navigate to the Documents page, and select the controller you're looking for.
Q: Why is my steam generator / sauna heater tripping as soon as I switch it on?
A: There could be multiple factors that cause this effect, but the most common cause is a blown element. You can give us a call and we'll come out and have a look!
