Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session to prevent dehydration.

Avoid Alcohol and Heavy Meals: Do not consume alcohol or heavy meals before using the steam room or sauna as this can lead to dehydration or discomfort.

Limit Your Time: Do not stay in the steam room or sauna for more than 15-20 minutes per session. Overuse can lead to overheating and dehydration.

Using the Steam Room

1. Prepare Yourself

Shower: Take a warm shower to clean your skin and help your body adjust to the heat.
Hydrate: Drink a glass of water to ensure you are well-hydrated before entering.

2. Using the Steam Room

Time: Limit your session to 10-15 minutes. Do not exceed 20 minutes per session.

4. Cooldown

Step Out: Exit the steam room and cool down with a lukewarm shower.
Rest:
Sit or lie down in a cool area for at least 10-15 minutes.
Hydrate: Drink water to rehydrate your body.
